Pick a Pair of Pears (WFT) - Linda Aman (CEI)
This course ran from 9am to 4pm with a break in the middle for lunch. (6-6.5 hr class)

Materials provided for use: M. Graham Artist's Watercolors, paint brushes, water buckets, items available to assist in texture, reference materials

Materials provided to take home: 2 - 6" x 6" Aquabords

Linda Aman suggested using these brands of watercolor in order:

1. M. Graham Artists' Watercolors
2. Daniel Smith Watercolors
3. Holbein Watercolors
4. Other professional Watercolors

In this course we were taught how to paint onto Aquabords using M. Graham Watercolors.  First we were to apply our composition to the board using graphite pencil or homemade carbon transfer paper.  We were instructed to wet the board before adding the first layer of paint.  Adding water allows for trapped air-bubbles to escape and to make the surface less thirsty.  Most of the class was using wet on wet, glazing, and lifting techniques.
